"Shipping has been quick, honestly"
I’ve ordered from Sanrio a few times now, and yeah, my stuff has always shown up fast. The tracking worked fine each time, and nothing was missing or damaged, which is great. I’m really happy with how reliable the shipping has been so far. Anyway, that’s basically it

"Super cute Sanrio find, honestly"
I was actually really happy with this! The Sanrio items are cute and seem authentic, which is always a relief. Quality feels great too. I mean, it’s not like it changed my life or anything, but yeah, I love it and would probably buy again.

I reached out with a simple issue and they got back to me way faster than I expected. For a quick problem like mine, the support was exactly what I needed. If it were something more complicated, I’d probably judge it differently, but this time they helped me out fast and got it sorted

"Cute stuff, but I’m always debating the prices"
I like shopping on sanrio.com because everything is so cute and it’s hard not to want half the site. At the same time, I’ll be looking at a tiny item and thinking, “Wait, why is this that much?” The quality has been decent overall, so I don’t feel totally ripped off, but then shipping gets added and suddenly I’m second-guessing my whole cart. I’ll probably still order here and there because I do love the stuff, but also I keep telling myself I should only buy when there’s a sale

I ordered a few Hello Kitty things from sanrio.com, and it was a easy experience. Compared to some other merch sites I’ve used, this one felt way less cluttered, and I found what I wanted without digging around forever. Checkout was simple too, and the photos matched the items really well.
Shipping showed up around when they said it would, and everything was packed nicely with no damage or missing pieces. A lot of places can be hit or miss with cute character stuff, but this order was smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely shop there again...

"They have some cute stuff. Decent selection..."
They have some cute stuff. Decent selection. But most of the things I liked were sold out. Kind of annoying. You browse for a while, find something good, then nope. Out of stock.
